Title Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of BCR in influenza virus specific B cells

Summary It is known that antibody responses to influenza virus antigens differ between vaccine and infection. To elucidate this difference, we performed a repatoire analysis of influenza antigen-recognizing B cells.
 
Overall design Influenza virus HA protein specific B cells were sorted from vaccinated or infected mice using HA-probes. Total RNA was isolated from sorted B cells and cDNA was synthesized with Igg specific primers. Sequences of V-D-J region of Ig were determined with MiSeq.
